So, let's see. He can't follow orders because only his fucking 'god' can give legitimacy to war but then he's ready to massacre his fellow soldiers? I guess 'god' gave him the go ahead. Then there is the child porn aspect. Perhaps he was studying to be a priest?

They stopped this one, before he could achieve his mission. How many others are there at Ft. Hood one wonders?

Save the money on a trial. He's admitted the evidence he was caught with was his, and he admitted his motive for having it and his intent. Shoot the bastard with bullets soaked in pigs blood, let him know that beforehand, so he knows he's hell bound and those 72 virgins will just have to keep masturbating till the next psycho religion of peace ambassador makes an appearance. Preferably, outbound from any place but a military base in America.
