Thank you for the welcome. I have found life to have more meaning now that it is not clouded with superstition and useless ritual. Just as a side note that I like to bring up to theists who try to use miracles as proof of existence. As a Paramedic I have raised many people from the dead and there wasn't anything miraculous about it.

They will never admit that their god is guilty of inaction, which is very immoral/unethical.
It's like seeing a child drowning in a swimming pool and leaving him/her to drown despite having the power to go in and save him/her. The world would hate your guts, and yet god being all knowing and powerful, refuses to aid those who are dying of cancer, children dying of starvation, children being molested and women being rapped and he gets a free pass. Doesn't make any sense does it?
Also god supposedly designed and created everything, he designed it so that such horrific things happen. He's all knowing, he knew the outcome. All this makes him a very sadistic, evil tyrant. Careless, heartless and without any sense of morality. Yet theists accuse atheists for being immoral. What the fuck?!

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.
You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.
