Depends how you define it. I think anyone who believes in a God is suffering from a delusion. Does that make them delusional people?

I find people who think that their only soul salvation is from one person like Jesus are acting delusional, their whole being is not delusional.

Anyone who claims they know god perfectly, cannot be more evasive and eluded about God. Man can't know even the spirit world until he get there and he not capable of knowing God written from a man made book of ancient spirituality because spiritual is more about the 99% unknowns.

For me, imagination is the closest thing to being Godlike that I know of. If I don't listen to little voices in my head I get into trouble or move too slow toward my dreams. If atheist calls me delusion, I don't care. I would define the God thing as it works for me, I'm happy and no harm is done and would share that with anyone who wishes for it. I found my middlegrounds between the extremes of my atheist mother and my pastor Brother which felt just right, like in the 3 bears story.

Man can't even know the spirit world exists until he gets there. Apparently. If imagination is close to being like god, I have a three year old you need to meet. She's clearly She Who Sits Most High (on that metric alone).
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Many adults could re-learn a lot from children's imagination and they are also the champion of questions. I'm eight years old, trapped in a 56 year old body.

You know you hear that a lot, but I'm not so certain that it's true. Something tells me my worldview is likely to be more accurate and useful than that of my children (this will eventually no longer be the case, hopes and dreams and all..lol).

A child will answer any question you ask. The answer may not be all that helpful. Not sure I want a bunch of doctors running around consulting their inner 3 year old come time to diagnose me.

Are you saying that imagination is God? Because if so, we already have a word for it and there's no need to bring the clumsy term of 'God' into it.

There are up sides and downside from each group of people and their way of thinking. I know a lot Atheist will not like what I'm about to say about most atheist down side.

Atheist have a lame imagination due to their lack of spiritual interests, in which I define spiritual as the 99% unknown’s world and Universe. That is why they are not running the world and leading revolution other than in the sciences field.

Seen any state sponsored witch burnings here in the States? Stonings at Parliament? Feng Shui at the Chinese Embassy?

ROFLOL

It isn't a lack of interest, I'm very interested. It is a lack of evidence.

As a musician and an artist, I would like to say I disagree... If you are saying that you get your imagination from god then jog on.

On one other atheist site I ask-

What is the greatest down side for Atheists ,

Nobody could give me an answer for the longest time. Then I gave my answer- Most atheists have a lame imagination.

Hey! if they were perfect, Why is this group, not running the world

Man Oh Man! They did everything to break my balls on that Atheist forum; some were so upset I had to leave that Atheist site. On this forum they censor me a lot. That how I know I had the correct answers, Just like how I dragged deep dark secret out of my Grandma, when she avoid the question at all cost and gets very upset.

You know that feeling, like when you ask negative question from the bible, and they want to send you to hell for it.

You can judge how correct you are by level of disagreement within a specified group of people? Isn't that pretty much analogous to saying, "I know I'm right when people I disagree with think I'm wrong"?

or, distilled yet further, "I know I'm right when I know I'm right when I know I'm right when..."

Does it ever occur to you, for example, that you could both be wrong?
