Pretty huge advances in robot technology. This robot can autonomously navigate confusing terrain, all the time learning from its mistakes.

How many lbs of gear can it hold, and whats the chance of getting a target acquisition/recognition system and payload delivery jerry-rigged on this puppy?

(side note, can it smell superstition...because I see potential)
