No, I can't take him seriously because the fact is he would have probably blamed just about anyone else who was in front of him at the clinic - "legitimate" mothers with snot-nosed brats, illegals...whatever. It's all about the fact that he didn't get "serviced" in the time he expected for something he could have damn well taken care of himself with some nyquil and sleep.
