After a lot of improvement over the last week, I took a turn for the worse today.

I'm back in the hospital again with shortness of breath etc. Initial labs and X-rays all came back normal. They aren't sure what's going on, but the current theory is that the embolism has moved and is putting additional pressure on my heart.

So they're keeping me for observation and more tests.
