Weird thing just happened to me. I loaded a game form where I'd left off, and all of a sudden a dragon skeleton falls from the sky and lands on a wall (and sinks into it so it's now sticking out of either side). Then, for some reason I absorb it's soul. I hadn't been fighting it...I'd been invading a Thalmor fort.

Skyrim Countdown

I've been playing Skyrim a hefty amount over the last month. And I still haven't completed the main quest XD I have 5 characters with different roleplay elements attached to each one. My most recent of which is a ruthless and vampiric night murderer, who's slain ~20 various neutral/friendly people without getting a bounty for it yet (since I made her yesterday night). I love how the game lets me make characters of any morality
But I have a bounty for being caught pickpocketing one of them before I killed him... which is retarded, since the only witness is dead. Not that it matters overmuch... excepting the children and an essential person: every person in Riverwood has been exterminated. Population of Riverwood: 4 (including Hadvar, who is also essential, but I don't think he stays there forever). There is only one place I'm determined to avoid murdering until everywhere else is ghosted: Riften. But it will fall too! The Dunmer shall rise again!!!!!!! I wish I could mod the Xbox 360 with the killing children mod... it would make this character's undetected murder sprees so much easier to perform. You wouldn't believe how many times I had to scare them away so I could kill Alvar. It took some 20+ reloads to get that gank right, and the old lady still came to join the fight (to give me more kills). Felt so relaxing when I finally butchered them both ^_^ Killing the guy working for Delphine was retardedly difficult. She keeps her eyes closely upon you... but frenzy from stealth Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam

I have 3 characters Vae, and none of them have the tendency to go around murdering entire towns. Maybe that's just me. I never really got anything out of doing that. Sure there is the loot, but I don't ever feel like I earn it if I just kill everyone. Besides, it gets lonely. RE: Skyrim Countdown

I only have one character, but I can switch between two sets of Daedric armor with different enchantments. One set makes my one handed ability do somewhere around 125% more damage, and the other makes it so my destruction spells cost nothing to cast.
I too am not out murdering people relentlessly. That's what replays are for.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
I killed the Emperor, 'nuff said.
Me too, was fun.
I've ran out of things to do after 121 hours with my Nord assassin/sorcerer/conjurer/enchater - Eagerly awaiting good dlc's/mods!

He thoroughly enjoys the hunt... he is a mage of the darkest arts... he is greedy and hoards everything he can. The world is his playground, and he takes what he wants from it. You know... all 5 of my characters are chaotic 0.o I can't imagine why that is. Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam

This thread should now be renamed, "Skyrim DLC Countdown"
I do hope the DLC is good, judging by previous bethesda games, it should be. I've heard they are talking about 'enhancing existing content', whatever that means. I'm guessing we won't be going to any new locations soon, but you never know.
I hope they fix the inventory. Not being able to sort things by weight or value is really starting to annoy me.

The UI is pretty weak overall, and the inventory system is the weakest part of it. It sucks that the UI took a huge step backwards from the one in TES4 (which wasn't great, but it was better). |
