I'm just an fat, ugly person, with no job, wife, children who goes from forum to forum looking to troll.

All I want is to be loved, I need to put my barrier down, but I'm just scared of rejection. Maybe you can help me?

Well, I am a counselor. Sounds to me like you need a different attitude. That's always the first major change that one should make when trying to improve one's life.
