I guess not. Algorithms is not Physics, Biology, or Chemistry. I guess he'll be creating an Algorithm for proving god.

GOD My cat did find its way through our little town from one home to another without ever having seen the way, and that's crossing streets and canals, about 2 miles. That never led me to believe there must be God. There is a better, more reasonable and most importantly a more interesting explanation, simply because experience shows that there always is.
Appealing to a God is just giving up the search and becoming fat.
Same for the eels, they do that because it has given them some kind of evolutionary advantage to do so. The ones who didn't do this just aren't around any more probably because of a lack of selection for mating or whatnot.

The monarch butterflies migratory route is interesting in that it takes 4 generations to do a full cycle.

Do you mean that somehow they decided to record their birth and current location then somehow, at some point they decided to travel the path between them and turning around obstacles, wet land, sand, etc.
