Based on the little that I know about you, I don't think a girlfriend is a good option for you. If you are capable of getting one, I doubt that you are in the position with your mental health issues to treat your girlfriend with the love and respect that she needs. Well you could get castrated or take anti-androgens. That would completely kill your sex drive, but it's not healthy after about a year or so, as your body needs a sex hormone to function.

Yes you can repress your sex drive but you still have a sex drive it's just repressed. Repression is also mentally unhealthy.
