Nooooooooope. Tongue
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Ok, now for the realistic version. I still think Brady will be exonerated, so he'll play all the games, but we've lost a few good players this year, both offensively and defensively, so we probably won't do as well as last year. I'm hoping we'll make the #1 seed but we're more likely to be #3 or #4. After that, I don't want to tempt fate; Brady is usually better in the playoffs than most, so I'm hoping we'll make it to the Super Bowl, but I wouldn't be surprised if we don't. However I don't think the Seahawks will make it to a third in a row; I think they will meet Green Bay in the playoffs and get the defeat that they barely escaped from the last time they met.

I'm honestly just happy that the year I moved to New England, my team won the Super Bowl. Couldn't have asked for a better moving present.

I'm going to let you on in a little secret here in the States, Tiberius. You're not supposed to admit in public that you're a Patriots fan. Tongue

I bet if a study was done, it shows how the testosterone of men goes overboard while watching other men engaging in activity.

I bet football fans are more happy at work during football season because of the alleviation they receive while watching, because it is the only time they allow themselves to become excited about something.

In this instance, I'm pretty sure you're talking out your ass.

We'll do you a favor and not beat you by so many points this year. If you're very lucky we might let you score more than one touchdown too.

I live in Massachusetts; we're basically the hub of all New England sport. It's pretty much illegal not to have at least one Patriots bumper sticker. I did get some nasty looks when I wore my Super Bowl champions t-shirt in New York City though.

So skip past the truck commercials and watch the game.

lack testosterone...but I think I'm more excited than CD is. Tongue

No it isn't about football players having nice asses or anything, baseball players have way better...but I can't stay awake during a baseball game. :/

Sorry to say this but Arian Foster is out with a torn groin that will require surgery.

OK my predictions:
1.  Brady suspended 2 games, pats go 14-2
2. Pats host AFC champ game
3. Broncos beat the fuck out of the Pats in Mannings last season
4. Broncos beat the Packers in a game that isn't even close, most people turn it off at halftime

The only thing I know for sure is that my Brownies won't make it to the play-offs. After that its anyone's guess, but who cares at that point? I haven't looked at the schedule, but usually by week 3-5 we see a glimmer of hope that gets dashed by week 4-6, so that's my prediction.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue
