That you don't know it illustrates the point. Have you any clue how you might be?

So absence of evidence is now also evidence of presence?

I find myself agreeing with you. This is a bad sign, the end times must be near.

It's all about you isn't it tav.

To everyone else.. what is this strawman we're building here? The topic of privilege is being pretty thoroughly discussed. That's the subject. Nothing else. Lets not try to derail the topic.

I love how you grandstand for a mostly unsympathetic audience while trying to weasel out of consequences of accusing tav by name.

45. Will you have access to a greater range of car insurance companies, with much lower prices than those services offered to men, because men are continually thought of as dangerous drivers?

Just thought I'd add that one. If you are a woman in the UK, you get access to a load of companies that *only* provide car insurance to women. I've always found the practice disgustingly sexist. The premiums offered are usually much cheaper than those offered to men as well, all because of some statistic (that is often quoted but never sourced or proved) that male drivers are more dangerous.

Both sexes are stupid. I've watched women do the above, I've watched men shave and even read a newspaper while driving (I mean, fucking really?!). Both talk on the phone. Might as well subscribe to racial stereotypes when driving, if you're going to be sexist about it as well.

What I haven't seen a lot of is women illegally racing or the like, which I think is part of the punch up for male numbers. The road in front of my mom's house is a straightaway for three miles that used to have no stop lights on it - I can't tell you the number of times the cops pulled guys over for impromptu drag races there. One guy even tried to race me, and I was in a Wrangler (which, sorry, is one point in favor of men being idiots).

41. Do you reserve the right to call anyone "sexist" for any reason, based upon your own definition of the term? Is your sexist behavior never noticed?

42. Do you have the privilege of making long lists criticizing the privileges of the opposite sex while everyone pretends to not noice that you have a long list of none-too insignificant privileges of your own?

43. Do you have the privilege of blaming your privileges on the opposite sex?

44. Do you have the privilege of dishonestly insisting that you don't have any privileges?

haha. excellent.

... well, everyone I talk to tells me that women are worse drivers.
specifically my ex-roommate always makes the joke— she's a women, an Asian and from Massachusetts, so she must be a terrible driver.

Edit: oh, but I also must say most of my friends are male.
