If they wanted a lesbians only forum, why frequent one that wasn't, overall? Why not go to one that is lesbian oriented in the first place?
And still, take this forum. It's called atheistforums.org, yet you're asked what "religious views" you have. Quite a lot of atheists, I reckon, just like me, were quite confused when confronted with that while registering but then when you see that everyone is allowed and encouraged to post it makes sense, of course. Here we have a classic case of a majority making way for minorities, and it's maybe because we're such opressed people in some parts of the world - actually I think that's exactly why. I mean, an atheist joining a site called atheistforums.org wouldn't have to be asked about his religious views, he's an atheist, right? But there you go. God people have access too, as they should in a sense.
If it's a private forum you want, where only certain people are allowed, you would have trouble confirming everyone to be authentic and such...
