I LOVE licorice! But not the black colored version of cherry twists. That's not candy, it's plastic. Good licorice is soft, chewy, very strong, and not too sweet.
Well, at least someone here with taste!

Understanding my fondness for all things bacon, my wife brought home some bacon-flavored 'pop-rocks'.
Perhaps the foulest shit ever to touch my tongue.

It looks entirely disgusting.
Anyone else hate Peeps? Or any other marshmallow-based abomination? Groooooss!! Pinwheel cookies have to be one of the worst cookie inventions of all time.

I'm convinced that Peeps are tools of the devil. The only thing I do with peeps is put them in the microwave to explode those little demon minions.

But then you have to clean the aftermath out of your microwave
The only acceptable uses for marshmallows are
(1) roasting the living shit out of them over a campfire
(2) smothering them in chocolate and sandwiching it between the two halves of a Nutter Butter in a far superior and totally epic version of a S'More

I like marshmallows. I do. I had seen Peeps for years because, well, Easter. So I bought a pack of five one day a couple years ago. Five. Pretty harmless number, methinks. I can eat 5 sponge toffees. 5 "orange slices". 5 plain marshmallows.
BUT. I. FELT. LIKE. I. WAS. GOING. TO. DIE...after those 5 peeps. They were deeeeeeelish. But what they did to me was just...wrong.

Marshmallows I have no problem with: campfires, s'mores, on top of some hot chocolate- awesome. Even jus dry plain marhmallows I can stand. But whatever it is they use for peeps or any candy version of marshmallow is not ok. Knock it off. Don't...don't.
ETA: Don't.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:
"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

No those things are so awful and spawns of Satan I treat my microwave as a ghostbuster trap afterwards. I will gladly toss it out and get a new one to nuke the next batch of devil bunnies
