Formal Introduction
Hey guys, my name is Truman,

I am a 15 year old living in Washington State, my current religious views are Atheist,

I posted a big thread in History without making an introduction, I was looking for a way to post my thoughts and clicked/registered to the first forum I found, I know now that the topic I posted about has been brought up numerous times, so my apologies! It's kind of like how you wouldn't write a big long essay or story to not even end up sharing it with anyone. I was discovering a lot of information for the first time, and passionately looking up facts and wanted to express that by making a picture that laid it all out neatly. Obviously this wasn't an original idea, but at the time I thought it was which made me want to share it(not really caring who with).

Anyways,

Hi everyone, hope you're all having a good day so far Smile

Welcome!
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Glad to see you, Truman! Smile
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Welcome.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
