You also get paid huge wads of cash whenever you pull out the right parts without killing the patient.

What is really convenient is that if you do roughly pull out the part, the patient buzzes loudly and his nose lights up.

There have been cases of patients becoming conscious during surgery but unable to move.  Fortunately, in the cases I've read about, they didn't feel the pain, just the pressure on wherever they required surgery.

The last wisdom tooth I had they didn't put me under, just gave me a local that didn't work.

Nearly ripped the arms off the chair.

Ouch my tooth feels like it feels pain right now but it doesn't.
