They didn't give me anything but local anesthesia as well with my wisdom teeth. About 20 shots around the gums.
The sound of teeth cracking and splitting like firewood is one I'll never forget as long as I live.

I have a PS 4 - yeah, I know, I'm a geek - and my laptop wouldn't handle Skyrim, let alone Fallout 4.
I understand the PC version will have more available features - mods and so forth.
