OK, I've made some updates:
1) It will now only list previous usernames that were used within the last 3 months.
2) If multiple usernames within that time were the same, duplicates are eliminated.
3) The label is now "Previous username:" rather than the long one it was.

Since usernames can only be changed every 365 days is there really a need for this implement that makes no sense?
