Actually an atheist youtuber thunderfoot threaten legal action against VenomFangX and VenomFangX decided to bow out.

Incorrect. VenomFangX tried to use a DMCA take down request illegally and Thunderf00t fought back. Mr. VenomFangX bowed out as his parents were most upset at having a legal case brought against them.
