I've followed Rousey for a few fights and watch her training videos, and documentaries, and yes, she is an amazing athlete. But, frankly, she comes across as cocky, and that just never works in someone's favor for the long haul. Holly Holm just looked ready, and she was humble when it was over. To me, she will gain a lot of fans just from her character, alone.

Just tried out my thanksgiving side dish contribution to make sure it would work out before The Big Day. Aside from the fact that I made way too much for dinner and now feel sick on vegetables, it was really good. Am wondering if I hVe room now for dessert cookies...

Watching Gladiator.  It really is a pretty good movie, but it's hard to concentrate when Joaquin Phoenix's accent is so bad.

I wish I could have even a decent start to the week for once. My week started with having to work overtime again.

Tired. Tired as shit. I worked 56 hours last week. Add 18 hours of school and you get 74 hours between school and work. Bed. Shower and bed. Forever.
