You'd be amazed what your body can do if you work your way up to it. And exercise is actually good for a lot of physical problems. Unfortunately, running is terrible for your knees.
After 7 knee surgeries and next to no cartilage in my left knee, I'm afraid high impact exercises are out of the question.

Have to keep reminding myself that I'm not supposed to have feelings like real people.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
