You are making excuses. There is no such thing as reasoning badly when the truth is available and present. Rather, you are conversing reason for your own continued suffering.

I'm saying people who want to justify following what they are born into, will have to under go a hard process of justifying a false belief and delusion to themselves. So it's not necessarily easy like you stated. I find it difficult that one who does such a thing is unaware of the truth of what I am speaking.

Personally I wonder how anyone not being disconnected from the world and all that we know about it, can believe in any scripture. It seems to be very hard and to require a lot of credulity to justify a god that cropped up virtually five minutes before midnight. That's a long answer. That is the reason why I was Catholic when I was 10, but the reason I am Catholic now is much deeper than that.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I realize that. Reading though these posts and just being here on AF in general has shown me that many of you cannot fathom anyone else searching for truth yet coming to a different conclusion than yourselves. So you assume the person never really searched for truth and just believe what they do for petty, simplistic reasons.
