Still feeling raging anxiety. You know it feels when you have the flight-or-fight response? Imagine feeling that every waking moment. Yeah, that sucks.

I noticed my at-bedtime meds say "Take with a 300 calorie snack". An observation, and a question: My customary evening snack is now physician-ordered. Yay! Does beer count as a snack?

Also, when it says "do not use alcohol when taking this medication", that's just a recommendation, right? Tongue

Enraged. Which is fine as long as it translates into actions that benefit me in someway.
I do think I need to get a punching bag ASAP though. Good for dealing with excess and getting fit at the same time.

Almost made it to four hours of sleep. My kids had me watching movies with them last night and I was the last one to go to bed.
