We need to keep Sirius Black safe, at least until Mr. Shadow arrives.

I'm shocked and saddened to hear this news. Nobody else could ever do Snape the way he did it, complete and utter ownage of that role.

What is it with 69'ers and cancer?!

And my grandam is 88 years old with strong dementia and still going strong.

That's intelligent design for ya.

One of my very favourite actors.

Dreadful loss.

Rest in Peace, Alan Rickman.

Oh, man, he was so good as the Sheriff of Nottingham.

I always thought he was underrated.

Man, cancer sucks, but at least he lived to 69. That's a lot more than some people get.

He will be sadly missed. And I see that two people aged 69 have died lately, but on a more positive note Donald Trump is the same age and hopefully he will be next.

My favorite contemporay actor. He was as brillant playing the villain as he was in comical parts, which is a rare thing these days. And as with David Bowie, I didn't even know he was ill.

The acting world certainly is poorer with his death.
