Sure it doesn't breath air until birth, since there is no air in the amniotic sac, as it should be common knowledge didn't feel the need to explain the difference. Checked those links, and everything sounds human to me.

Here's an example, clown: when a fetus dies in the womb - as happens very often, that's what miscarriages are - it becomes a shrivelled lump of rotting organic matter - NOT a human.

No need to because it's common knowledge it doesn't happen, once a an egg is fertilized it grows into a human, while in a women's body. Those who say a fetus is not a human are lying to themselves. 

I haven't even started talking about Margaret Sanger and her link to Eugenics and the awards given by Hitler for her work in exterminating what they called weeds.

I'm pretty sure if you punched a pregnant woman in the stomach and killed the fetus, it's still considered a homicide/murder since it's a homo sapien. Please don't go out and test that in an attempt to prove me wrong.

If I punch a dead person - will I also be charged with assault? No. Because it's not a human anymore.

Acorns are seeds kind of like sperm or the egg in the female. Once the seed sprouts into a seedling, it's just the beginning of the tree. Just because you don't recognize it as a tree, doesn't mean it isn't a tree. The science was just adjusted because abortion was so important per their depopulation goals, but it's still a homo sapien at all stages.

Suggest you read National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM200) was completed on December 10, 1974 by the United States National Security Council under the direction of Henry Kissinger.

They are the ones pushing abortion for population control.
