Sweaty, did three quarters of an hour at the gym after work, and forgot to bring a towel. Doh

I'm also hoping there'll be nowhere near as many loopers ringing in at work tomorrow. The sheer wall of stupid I was listening to after lunch today was depressing.

Stuffy still. My sinuses are full and the post nasal drip is killing me. I am not particularly feverish or headachy or cough-y, just stuffed up and annoyed. Dodgy

Yeah, a humidifier might be just the thing.

Another trick - herbal tea (particularly lemon tea) with lemon and honey. The effect may or may not be psychological, but it is delicious and makes me feel better.
