Anyone else excited for the Season 2 premiere? I loved Breaking Bad and I love this show now too.

I love Saul.

Good TV is pretty much rare these days. I'm looking forward to the second season.
Can't wait!!! Loved BB, and loving Better Call Saul. Bob Odenkirk is the man!

I thought it was a real solid episode to start with. I like how they teased that Jimmy would become Saul much quicker than we thought and then flipped it around on us.
Started losing interest half way through the last series of Breaking Bad and actually had to make an effort to see it through.
Only got through the first few minutes of Better Call Saul. I know what you mean about BB. Can't explain why, though. Everyone seemed to love it till the bitter end. It boggles my mind how people could not find BB exhilarating. Especially the last season.
Yeah, watched the second episode last night. I like the slow, deliberate nature of the show. It's almost diametrically opposed to it's far more intense, pulse pounding counterpart.
Bob Odenkirk does a fantastic job at playing "Saul" (Jimmy). I'm mostly just excited to see how it all pans out, and if it ends up linking in with the beginning of BB at the end of it all. Everyone remembers the really intense moments, but there were plenty of slow-paced episodes. It was the build-up in those episodes that made the heart-pounding moments effective. |
