I'm just curious, really.

It means when there's a large flame war.

I.E. Multiple people all flaming each other, shitty, shitty atmosphere.

1 or two people are allowed to flame each other. The flaming rule itself doesn't apply in R'lyeh, but full scale flame wars are not allowed.

I wasn't talking about flaming just one person though. What if multiple persons decided to flame each others, would the flame war rule apply?

I don't know why you're making this about you and me, by the way. I'm just interested in how it all works. I'm not looking to flame a bunch of people right now, exactly.
