Tired, and very sore. 

Trained a new charge nurse who just stood around holding a clipboard most of the day, all in the name 'observation'. Said nurse stared at me for several moments as I struggled to prevent an extremely agitated GIANT from falling to the floor, until I finally shouted "Hey...Can I get some help here?" She pushed a chair behind him, picked up her clipboard, and then resumed her position holding up the wall.

Then the giant called me a dumb bitch and punched the living fuck out of my arm.
