And what's a shiv?
Probst is Jeff Probst, the host
A shiv is a kind of knife

By now poca should be realizing that I was joking.
Well .. there have been a lot of medavacuations this game. Kind of fits.
To answer your question with less jocularity, the game will go to the final tribal council when it gets down to 2 or 3 players. The person who wins final immunity essentially chooses who gets voted out last - if it goes to 2 they absolutely choose.
At the final tribal, each player makes a statement, each jury member gets a chance to make a statement or ask questions, and they vote. The votes are read and a winner is selected during the reunion show that airs immediately afterwards. And I remember the narrator saying that next week is the season finale. Would they vote out 2 in one go? What does that "absolutely choose" mean? "reunion show" which airs immediately afterwards?... like... some time has elapsed for them... they got back home, got cleaned, fed, dressed and then get together to find out who actually wins? (but we know in one go! ) RE: SURVIVOR

Yeah, it's a secret vote. After the round of questioning/commenting by the jury and after each remaining contestant has made his case. Everyone one votes just as they do to knock someone out. Only now they're voting for someone, the one they want to have win the money.
Oh, but they don't read the votes there on set. They wait and do it live at the reunion show.
So here's something to chew on! Last two, and they both get medevacked at the same time...

If they need to get down to 2, there will be two immunity challenges and two tribal councils before the final one. |
