No moron, what BOTH women and men need are livable wages, that still does not negate that the cost of living because of making less on average, plus women's products like clothing, hygiene products, and medical care cost more it still puts them at an economic disadvantage on top of being paid less on average. 

And I can tell you that a diverse workplace with more women in charge has a tendency ON AVERAGE to create a more productive environment. I have had both male bosses and female bosses. I have worked under old married couples too, and the presence of a female can help workplace diplomacy. NOBODY is or should suggest someone get a job they are not qualified to to do.

You don't just give women equal pay for them. And it is NOT an issue of political correctness. When women can earn equal pay as well as paying ALL workers a livable wage that meets the cost of living, that also allows MEN more time at home too and don't hand me any crap that life is simply about waking up sweating for 80 hours a week just to make someone else rich. Humans are not tools, neither women or men. But women DO have a harder time because of morons like you who think in binary simplistic scripts.

This is simply sexist nonsense which pays into gender rolls and does absolutely NOTHING to benefit women or men.

I thought mine would be one of the "women make more" categories, nope. But 86% is better than a lot of them.

Yea but men can buy as many as they want? No what needs to happen is big business on top of paying equal pay for equal work, sell women's products at the same price as men's products. None of that says make either men's or women's goods all Walmart China garbage. Just that depending on class or demographic the cost should be relatively the same. Leveling the economic playing field will benefit not just women but men as well. What century do you live in, because it isn't the 21rst.

I don't follow them much, so I can't comment on whether they are biased or not, but I think I can pretty confidently say that the Harvard institution is not biased.
There are literally hundreds of articles debunking the myth that is wage gap, just google for "why wage gap is a myth" or "wage gap debunked" you're bound to get hundreds of articles. These articles will most likely be created on the grounds of analysis of well known economists, not feminists blogs.
