I'm hiding in my bedroom after putting up a dark blanket over the window to keep the sun out.
I was briefly outside yesterday and today and have a pretty good sunburn. Ow.

My Mom got burnt yesterday after sitting out in the sun all day, and she ach tried to pass this burn off as "a tan"

My skin just doesn't react to the sun in The UK. I can sit out in the sun for hours, no sun cream, and absolutely fuck all will change, I'll get slightly more glow-y but I won't burn or tan. It's different if I go into Europe though, it's like a different sun there, because I go brown so fast.
