Being amazed at the sheer amount of will power and manipulative genius and charms of an 11 months old. I don't know where that came from. I always had the misconception that they are basically diaper-filling plankton for another year, but no, they are little monsters destroying everything in their reach, cry a river if you look mad, and then giving you a big smile the next second if you play nice.

I'm afraid so. I already told my wife to make room for a pony, because I'm not sure I'll be able to say no when the day comes.

Yeah, that's happened on my grandparents computer as well. I always preferred Windows 7 then switched to Debian after a while. But these days I am seriously considering investing in a Mac.

Not fully sure if they're worth it though.
