You supported brexit on the back of a slippery slope argument? Did it not occur to you that brexit -was- the slippery slope, seeing as how those sorts of arguments are compelling, to you?
(it;s morbidly amusing to me, that people have managed to make this about human rights in their minds..when brexit was nothing more than a bid to be able to more effectively, and openly, shit on migrants and refugees)

Who says it's without established grounds? Is that your opinion or is that a fact? If they can ban cigarettes adverts surely they can ban vaping adverts for the same reason, no?

Hey, I'm not British. I don't know a lot about this. From what I can see staying in the EU would benefit the UK greatly. I'm open to being convinced otherwise, but vaping is not a convincing argument. At all.

I have been an advocate for the EU to ratify the ECHR for many decades .... they keep promising then put it off ... so partly that, but the fact that they keep putting it off and I have seen a clear violation of the ECHR case-law tipped the scales for me ....

Actually now the UK government have no grounds to ignore their responsibilities to the ECHR ... before the courts wouldn't touch violations directed by the EU ...
A case was brought against the impending legislation in the UK and was directed to the European Courts of Justice to rule on themselves.
When you are init you can't winit as they judge their own actions ...
