UK to leave EU

Fuck right off.

I'm sure if we'd voted "remain" then pro-leave people would be doing exactly the same thing tbf. Selective outrage.

It was such a close margin that you have to pretty much expect very organised protest and petitions against it. It's not exactly like it was a landslide 90% "leave" vote, it was barely 50%. That's a lot of people who wanted to stay, barely a minority.

If the final result was a remain and us leave supporters demanded another referendum the next day, we'd get laughed at. These assholes aren't any different.

I'm of the mind that if you think something is important, you should push for it as hard as you can. If you don't succeed the first time, you try again.

And yes if I don't agree with you I might laugh at you but if it's important you should do it anyways.

51.9% for Brexit, 48.1% for remain. While it may not have been a landslide, these remain pricks should learn to accept votes that don't go their way.

I can read, thanks. I honestly don't think we would.

I have mixed feelings about that petition. I haven't signed it because it doesn't sit right with me... that we've made our bed and now we've got to lie in it. But on the other hand, I don't think there should have been a referendum in the first place and that it was pretty much inevitable that it would come down to emotional propaganda on both sides... which I see as no way to make such an important decision with such far-reaching consequences. So I don't know how I feel about trying to stop leave at all costs.
