I know it's an expression but it still doesn't matter. You said it should be up to born and bread Scots but it should actually be up to everyone who is legally Scottish regardless of if they are born and bred as Scots.

I have. I have nothing left in England apart from distant relatives who I have seldom seen. I have my two daughters who are French-born so, I will do it for their sakes and mine. Dual-nationality for all three of us I guess.
