As I think about your phrasing, what I think is I might assume that someone more provocatively dressed might be more available to joke around with. So I might be more informal in my choice of words and playful generally. But that is really grasping at straws.
If what this thread is really asking is whether seeing more skin leads to objectivizing women or seeing them as less respect worthy, then no. Absolutely not.
