Wonderful!

And so the horror begins.

So two and a half years to learn enough German to work in a German speaking working environment and write a CV in German. And to obtain a German passport.

Do-able but not much time.

If you need help with something language related, just ask. Especially when writing a CV, the words should be in the right place. As you probably know, english and German have pretty different syntaxes.

New plan everyone, new plan.

Don't do Article 50. Most people will have forgotten about it by now, or will have thought it's already happened (those people who didn't even understand what they were voting about).

Everyone wins.

Very much appreciated. I may take you up on that offer when the time comes. Even with your native language, you need other people to check over your CV and hone it.

Quote:Downing Street has said it is "very likely" MPs will be able to vote on the final Brexit agreement reached between the UK and the European Union.

Number 10 confirmed the comment by a government lawyer in the High Court represented the "government's view".

The vote would take place after negotiations have taken place and with Brexit already triggered using Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.

Campaigners have been calling for a vote before Article 50 is triggered.

Open Britain, formerly the Remain campaign, said the government's comments were an "encouraging sign" but renewed calls for a debate and vote earlier in the process, before Article 50 begins two years of formal negotiations.

The UK is expected to leave the European Union in 2019.

The wee pretendy parliament(s) is at it again....

Quote:The prime minister is to offer the leaders of the three devolved governments a "direct line" to Brexit Secretary David Davis ahead of the UK's negotiations to leave the EU.

Theresa May is holding talks with the first ministers at Downing Street.

The Scottish and Welsh leaders want the devolved legislatures and Parliament to all have a vote on Mr Davis's approach.

Mrs May says she is "ready to listen" to their ideas but the final position must work for the whole of the UK.

The issue is being discussed as the joint ministerial council, bringing together the top politicians from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, meets for the first time since 2014.
