Years ago we had to treat a teen girl that after laughing open mouth she got the jaw stuck. It was quite painful for the poor girl. I wouldn't wish such a bad karma to anyone mate. May I draw your attention to the word "near" in the phrase "near-death experiences"? The people experiencing NDEs were close to death, but there is no evidence that their experiences occurred in a state of total brain shutdown. Current research indicates that NDEs are naturally-occurring hallucinations caused by the stress of body systems in crisis, with hormonal cascades and brain hypoxia, and are not credible evidence for anything supernatural. I believe that all such experiences are 100% physiological, 100% natural, and 0% supernatural. Forget about the current researches. None of them established that a brain devoid of blood and oxygen is able to produce anything at all. 2) These people were not close to death. They were really dead. They were pronounced dead by qualified doctors. I don't believe you. At all. I believe that the brains were not completely dead at the time of the NDEs, and that those people did not see anything more than a hallucination. Try to run a vehicle without fuel and see if you are able to move it. Blood and oxygen are like fuel for the brain. Once the heart stop sending blood and oxygen to the brain that's it. Without fuel there is nothing. Absolutely nothing. Nil. Zero. Even if what you say is true the experiences would not be so clear and sharp even after years that happened. Sorry Astreja but you just try to keep a skeleton alive. That is not possible whichever way you put it. My suggestion to you is to read NDEs experiences and see how clear and sharp they are even after so long that they happen. http://www.nderf.org/NDERF/NDE_Archives/...counts.htm (October 19, 2016 at 5:17 am)Little Rik Wrote: Sorry Astreja but you just try to keep a skeleton alive. I consider NDEs to be wholly physiological. I do not believe in the supernatural at all. I need hard physical evidence that can be examined and potentially falsified in any lab in the world, not anecdotal evidence -- including for any gods that you want to throw into the mix. You pretend that something abstract as the consciousness and God become all of a sudden physical-material so they can be examined by a physical-material experiment. That is not going to happen. Perhaps in the future physical science may well be able to see the difference in vibrations emitted by our main glands and this will show how developed or undeveloped a person is but as far as see a God within this is a total different story. If you got gold or wealth I doubt you would be so silly to show that around. And if you got spiritual wealth even if you would like to show that to other people it would not be possible. Love is something that you experience within and within it stay except sharing with your lover. |
