Ingesting semen, like it or not, is a sex act. Forcing or tricking someone into performing a sex act can be argued as a form of sexual assault.

Once you get into the realms of serious crimes, it's not up to the school. People in this thread who are arguing that the school should be the ones handling this really need to read up on the disastrous miscarriages of justice that occur on university campuses in America when they are allowed to "investigate" rape and sexual assault claims. Schools are institutions of learning, they are not qualified to do criminal investigations.

and I concur leaving the school out as far as that goes, but the state is signaling loud and clear nothing of consequence is going to happen in their arena

so, whatever the school does (and I'm assuming under the threat of litigation from at least 2 if not all 3 of the boys families) will be similarly muted.


And when the boys get back to school, a category of their peer group is going to be like "Yo dog!, you showed that fucking BITCH, didn't you ?!?!?!?"

Only in America when it comes to western countries. America's legal system is archaic and purely punitive in nature. That's not the case in Western Europe. I would have gone to jail and probably would be on the sex offenders list if I had spent my teen years in the USA. For more than one reason, such as smoking dope or taking a piss in public or just being a disgusting pig serving someone adulterated food containing bodily fluids. Not a single one of the above incidences had any sexual connotation. But in the USA some of them would.

Well, contrary to popular belief, prison is much like school, albeit what you learn there isn't very useful except in some walks of life. Were I the judge of that? 6 months cleaning manure on some farm. Then back to school.

Better yet, make them have no summer vacations for 2 years, spent cleaning shit and getting tails full of piss and shit by cows only wanting to shoo away flies.

This isn't smoking pot or peeing in public (which btw people do ALL the time here) this is a whole different level. This isn't comparing apples to oranges this is comparing apples to.. watermelons. Not even on the same playing field even if you do keep saying they all belong in the same category.

After scanning the first few pages, I want to point something out that may have come up, so feel free to tell me if someone did make this point. I think it could fall under potentially poisoning food even if it didn't make her sick. Semen can be dangerous even if it isn't from a person infected with an STD. It's quite rare, but some people are allergic to semen, an allergy which can cause anaphylaxis. The kicker is that this allergy doesn't pertain to all sperm, so I could be allergy to some sperm, but not all because it has to do with the protein in the sperm, which I believe is not exactly unique, but different enough that you don't usually see someone who is allergic to all sperm. Now, she probably isn't allergic, but there is no way she or those boys could know if she had a potentially deadly allergy. That's fucking food poisoning.

As for rape, it just isn't rape. It's an argument of semantics, but it just doesn't fall under rape. I mean throw the book at them and hit them with whatever will stick, but not rape.
