Remember that episode of the Twilight Zone where that gambler died and went to a place where everything was perfect? He was in a swanky hotel with Sebastian Cabot as the concierge. He gamble all he wanted and he always won. He was surrounded by beautiful woman. The total lack of challenges drove him crazy. He went to the consierge and said. “I don’t want to be in heaven anymore. Send me to the other place.” The consierge said, “What makes you think you’re in heaven? This IS the other place.”
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

Zero interest in immortality. I am not afraid of death.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide mankind that cannot be achieved as well or better through secular means.

To quote Douglas Adams, “The first ten million years were the worst," said Marvin, "and the second ten million years, they were the worst too. The third ten million years I didn't enjoy at all. After that I went into a bit of a decline.”
It sounds very very dull!

I'd rather be immortal and exist inside a body and eat food, I could sign up for that.

Can you imagine how big your head would have to be to store ten million years worth of memories? You wouldn't be able to walk. And if you can't remember, what's the point?
Imagine, too, having enemies that live forever. Yeah, you got away this time. But...

I enjoy food. I also enjoy figuring things out, working with my hands, and generally just exploring the physical world. The scenario in the poll would be horrible.

Is this another setup in which Rik poses the question, then spends the next five hundred pages telling us how stupid and dogmatic we are that we picked the wrong answer? Yeah, I'm too busy counting my nostril hairs, thanks.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Just your real I.
No food is required to feed a body.
No work is needed to carry on with life.
Just pure peace of mind and total bliss.
Actually you would be God.
Only if I could be a vampire. Not quite what your asking but vampire would be very cool. I have a list of people I am ready to drain. Can you hook me up , lil rik?

Assuming that death is eternal pain free non consciousness then peace of mind and total bliss can more easily be achieved that way. Even were it possible
I still would not want to live forever. At some point I would want to go to the other side. So not being able do so would for me be worse than actual death
