There's actually two real Neils Bildt, the fairly famous Carl Bildt (whose first name is actually Nils) and his brother Nils a reportedly successful businessman. Tolling "adopted" the name Bildt a few years ago, most likely as an attempt to siphon a bit of exposure by misleadingly linking himself to the real Bildts.
