Bruce Lee would definitely be in my top 3 people to have as a dinner guest if I could bring anyone back from the dead and talk to them.

I fucking adore Bruce Lee's movies and philosophy and all sorts. I used to own his book. Great guy with great movies. Very sad how not only did he die very young but so did his son.

Also that is not a rumor. Jackie Chan was an extra in Enter the Dragon long before he was a movie star... he was one of the many many bad guys who ran at Bruce Lee and Bruce kicked the shit out of.

The irony is that he is a conservative but his show Walker Texas Ranger, had very liberal ideas, although I hated the episodes that focused on Jebus. Walker had an African American partner, valued Native Americans, stood up for Hispanics in the show and came down on dirty cops in one episode too.

That is why I hate him, not the show itself, just him being a hypocrite doing that show while supporting a party that hates all those things. 


Chan's movies always displayed diversity. My favorite series with him were "Rush Hour".

Love Jackie Chan!  And he's also great at slapstick humor.  I adore Jet Lee.  Michelle Yeoh.  Donnie Yen.  Tony Jaa.  But Bruce is the "immortal" Master, the one who brought Kung Fu to the west, and he left behind a book of his philosophy.  So he was my first choice for the example.

I love Chan too, but in alot of the movie credits they would show all the out takes, where he would screw up lines or laugh at the other actors. He does have a great sense of humor. But in the out takes they would show where he would pull a stunt and hurt himself, that was the part of his movies I hated the most. I didn't like seeing him hurt himself.

Yeah, I was making fun with Chuck. I dislike the man due to his convictions and attitudes towards certain vulnerable and marginalised groups. My top 10 cinema martial artists in order of awesomeness:
