Remember, your god exists outside of time, therefore there can be no beginning.

Exactly, just as:

Santa Claus (other fantasy being) created the true joy of Christmas (material holiday).

No... that's as in: vomit (from the recesses of your mind) meets internets (a valid place for it)

He said that we are not actually accountable for that apple eating sin of Adam and Eve. But somehow their act affected us and made us all sinners, so now everybody sins. Therefore no one can get into heaven in their current situation, even if they've done good deeds. Only by sacrificing his son for our sins, god can allow us get to heaven.(I'm not even bother trying to explain why this whole idea is idiotic Dead Horse ) My question is, if that's true, doesn't that make all the events before Jesus, --like the great flood kinda wiping out people events-- extremely unnecessary? I mean okay, we are sinners because we are affected by some Adam&Eve apple eating virus or something, and there is no cure for it, except for sacrificing Jesus. Then why the hell did you tried to prevent us to sin, or punished us when we sinned, anyway? So Christian forum mates, if you believe in this idea as my friend does, can you explain this to me? And, if you believe there is another explanation to original sin I'd like to hear it too.

Hello,

I don't quite agree that man is not accountable for Adam's sin, Adam was mankind's representative so when he sinned we all sinned. Though it is true that man is now completely affected by sin and can do nothing good apart from the grace of God. As to the point about the flood, could you please elaborate? I am not quite following what you are asking on that one.

P.S. Why exactly do you feel the atonement is "idiotic"?

Awe yes, that ole reliable loving and Just god of the bible. One woman eats a pretty fruit off god's favorite tree and 98 billion souls are sent to hell for an eternity, all for the hideous and wicked crime of being born. 98 Billion souls .... and still counting. Now THAT'S justice! Thanks god, I sure do appreciate the way you look out for us. You are one Just deity! Don't burn me ok!

"Hey god's not sending you to hell, YOU'RE sending you to hell!" ....... No wonder they beat the shit outta jesus

One hitch, you generally tend to elect representatives nowadays, or at least we go through the motions. Well, what's done is done. Perhaps we can lobby the court to modify or amend (if not repeal) their original ruling?
