Well, with Experian and TransUnion, we have 3 major companies doing the same thing.
How about 'nuking' Equifax, and then I bet the other 2 NEVER fuck up in a similar fashion. And the overhead savings from Equifax can go to Somalia or Bangladesh or Haiti, or some other hell hole. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I'd love to invest in a class action lawsuit. More money in that than being a party to the case.

I heard on the news today that this breach happened two or so months ago, and that within days of the breach being discovered, execs in the company offloaded about 1.3 million shares of stock.
They then sat on the information about the breach for another seven weeks before informing consumers. I wonder if that falls under insider-trading regulations? |
