Wow, it went up!  I probably should have checked.  I read somewhere that the US population was once forecast to crest at 300 million.

Evolution is testable, observed fact, GC. You've been lied to your entire life.

Time to grow up and find a way to integrate the facts of evolution into your theistic beliefs. The vast majority of Christians in Europe have found a way.

No, when an atheist uses proper language they will get my attention better than those that have to disguise there ignorance with bad language.

Evolution isn't test able if it were everyone would know it's true and it's not. Evolutionary science has a problem it's ignored to long, "DNA can not produce any new information," the science has buried it's head in the sand on this issue. It's time for the scientist to admit it and tell the truth to all those they've deceived....

Take an organism, say we call it A. Suppose that its offspring suffers a mutation in its genome. According to creationist dogma, this must either result in no change in the amount of information, or a loss of information. Let's assume for the sake of argument that it results in a loss of information. By definition, this new organism, B, has less information than A. Now suppose that B's offspring suffers a mutation which changes its DNA back to that which it was in A. Call this organism C. Because A has more information than B, and A and C have the same information, organism C's DNA has more information than B's DNA (by transitivity). Thus, by mutation, an increase in information was observed.

QED.

More like 320 million and 28 million...but if atheists were the majority, it wouldn't be evidence that we're smarter.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

One could look to the US NAS for a group of very smart atheist people:

In other words, you have no answer for obvious buy-bull bullshit.

Argumentum ad populum fallacy.  It's quite possible for large numbers of people to be utterly wrong about something, and for smaller groups to get it right.

The very existence of evolution-denying creationists does, however, strongly suggest that what is needed is better science education.

Ah well fluff 'reality' up any way you like.  Get it just right and you can go back to sleep and dream up the 'reality' of your choosing.

Evolutionary science is dreaming up many fairy tales so I'll just let them go on doing so, it seems atheist like there fairy tales and receive much enjoyment from them.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

I was an atheist before I knew about evolution, because the idea of god is silly. BUT if evolution turned out to be wrong it would mean that some other natural process did it. it would in no way validate the idea of god.
I fail to see what theists get out of denying what is obviously the case, it seems strange to me.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.
