THANK YOU!
So when people want to blow smoke up my ass and claim a politician has "free speech" in the same context as a no name person, they can go fuck themselves.
45 doesn't give one shit about bridging the gap between poor rural whites and poor urban blacks.
RUSSIA, OIL EXXON, PROFITS...... THAT is what this was all about for the GOP and 45.

Freedom of speech applies to everyone. Even when it's things that we don't like to hear.
Again - see my previous point. We don't have to like what he said nor is what he said right. But it's his right to say it.
And he's not the only president who has called for any sort of ban on people coming into this country. Furthermore numerous courts all across the country have successfully prevented the so-called ban from even happening.
Yep he did and it was ignorant and wrong. Again - freedom of speech still applies to those who say things we hate. Doesn't make it right but if we take away one person's right to free speech, we have to take it away from everyone.
And those investors can take him to court and sue him.
Again - he made statements. Those statements in and of themselves aren't indicative of criminal activity.
Again. Freedom of Speech.
"implied" threats doesn't mean shit. He's done nothing but make empty threats.
Yep. The guy is a bigot. What about anything that he said was actually "illegal" in nature? Again - everyone knows what a racist, bigoted, anal-retentive, mother fucker he is. But you can't throw someone in jail for VERBALLY siding with a bunch of neo-nazi's simply because he said something that offended millions of people.
Again - Freedom of Speech.
Yep he did that. In a tweet and in a speech. What about it was illegal in nature? AGAIN - nothing he said was ethically or morally right. But his words didn't trounce on anyone's rights to protest. So nothing he said was illegal.
He shits on many groups. Nothing that he has said has been illegal in nature. What's your point here?
If the owners of television media, newspapers and internet sites feel that he is somehow trampling on their rights or preventing them from reporting the news, they have an option. It's called Taking the POTUS to court. As it stands, right now, I'm able to turn on my tv and watch all the free news I want to. They are still, at this very hour, saying negative things about the POTUS and his cabinet members. So honestly - where are they being prevented from "doing their jobs"?
That doesn't make anything that he said illegal. It just makes it so that he can't deny what he said.
I'm not taking his side, believe me. We all know I can't stand 45. But you act like he's not allowed to say whatever he wants to say and you need to be careful about that because if you want him to shut up, then you have to shut everyone up. One citizen's right to freedom of speech - no matter how much hatred we have for that person - cannot be denied or taken away because then we have to do that to everyone in this country.
He has made ignorant, hateful statements and continues to do so, but that alone doesn't make him a criminal. Has he committed crimes? Probably. But freedom of speech isn't a criminal offense. And that's what my point is here. Every single thing you've claimed above revolves around comments or statements made by trump that he knows he cannot get arrested for.
STOP CONFUSING LEGAL WITH MORAL!
1. Stop yelling at me.
2. Stop misrepresenting any points I make with your own angry rhetoric.
3. I am not the one mistaking legal and moral.
Quote:45 is not a private citizen.
He most assuredly is a private citizen. He just happens to also hold public office. That has nothing to do with the point I was making about his free speech.
Quote:He is not now Jerry Springer.
He is not now Rush Limbaugh.
He is not now Howard Stern.
He is not now Bill Maher.
Never said he was any of that. If you're going to respond to me, respond to me like an adult. Not like a ranting lunatic.
Quote:PLEASE LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY.
PLEASE LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NO NAME PERSON AND A PERSON IN A SEAT OF POWER.
HUGE FUCKING DIFFERENCE.
HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRIVATE CITIZEN AND A SITTING POLITICIAN.
By your logic Hitler had the absolute right running for office and holding office to blame Jews for everything.
Oh get the fuck off your high horse before someone knocks you off it. I was talking about freedom of speech and you continue to grossly misrepresent what I've said.
Quote:
LEGAL VS MORAL.........
It was once LEGAL to own slaves. It was once LEGAL to to deny women the right to vote. It was once LEGAL to deny gays the right to marry.
It was BECAUSE sane people told politicians to FUCK OFF, they stopped advocating for oppressive BULLSHIT.
If you think it is ok to use your seat of power to vilify Mexicans. FUCK YOU! If you think it is ok to use your political power to vilify Muslims. FUCK YOU! If you think it is ok to use your political power to vilify LGBT, FUCK YOU! If you think it is ok to your your political power to vilify the free press, FUCK YOU!
WE ARE NOT talking about some reality show here. We are not talking about no name people here. We are not talking about an episode of Jerry Springer. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A WESTERN LEADER USING his position of power to bully others who question him.
No sorry, if you think that is ok, then yea, I got a problem with you too.
I am FOR free speech. i will never however, be for politicians using their power to silence dissent.
No. Fuck you. Take your over use of the caps lock key, your misplaced anger and your hatred out on someone else. I am tired of your whiny, angry rants about trump. You sit there like a fucking nutjob and get yourself all worked up over the dumbest shit. I can just see you now - veins in your forehead all bulging and your blood pressure getting dangerously high. If you don't like what's going on in this country, instead of spewing your hatred across a forum that has no power in government other than to vote for whom each member feels is the most qualified candidate, then why don't you take your angry, hate filled self to DC and go deal with the POTUS on your own?
You need to fuck off and get some god damned help before you hurt yourself or worse - someone else.

JOOD
No misplaced anger on my part.
If you stupidly think it is good politics to scapegoat and vilify REPEATEDLY on a daily basis and that doing that is just "telling it like it is" YES I AM ANGRY. NO I will not apologize.
When national politicians take on the policy of carpet bombing scapegoating and vilification nothing good ever follows.
1. Jim Crow
2. Segregation
3. Genocide of Native Americans
4. Japanese internment camps.
5. Denial of gay rights.
If you think it is Ok for a sitting president to equate the bigots of Charlottesville as being the same as the sicko who ran an innocent women over with his car as being the same, you our out of your fucking mind.
NO sorry, do not expect me to coddle your insecurities.

LOL I have no insecurities. I just happen to know better than to sit there and point the finger at one person going na na na na na na while doing the same thing myself.
You seem to be okay with freedom of speech as long as it's YOUR freedom of speech that's allowed. To hell with anyone that doesn't agree with you. They don't count.

No if you think what I am doing is the same as what 45 is doing you are a FOOL.
HE is in a position of power FIRST OFF.
I am not!
HE is using his position of power to vilify dissent and pandering to bigots to do so.
I am telling him and his followers to fucking knock it off.
YOU don't get to equate those standing up to the bully as being the same as the bully.
I didn't tell him to call Mexicans rapists.
I didn't tell him to sell the ban on all Muslims.
I didn't tell him to shit on servicemen including MCCAIN a REPUBLICAN!
I didn't tell him to say any of the vile bullshit he has said over the past 5 years. HE did that himself.
Telling him to fuck off is not the same as advocating the bigots that asshole IS pandering to.

When Mueller feels he has the evidence needed for such an order he'll get it. Fuck the WLB.
