But, yeah, I agree. Ultimately, the entire scenario is illogical and stupid.

Perfect being creates billions of imperfect beings because of no good reason (I still maintain that a perfect being is necessarily atomic).

These imperfect beings are tested. Only those that past the test get to be with the perfect being for eternity. The rest suffer a terrible fate. Given the nature of this test, it means the perfect being knowingly and willingly creates creatures that will suffer.

The test itself is nonsensical - it's entirely feeling based, about whether or not an ancient Middle Eastern prophet is somehow simultaneously the son of this perfect being, and the perfect being itself. And the belief that this thing's 'sacrifice' and resurrection was so powerful a gesture that it can offer salvation to those who believe it's real. A person's actions are of secondary importance, or none at all if they don't stem from this belief.

And we're demanded to take any of this seriously? Really?

IF you let a young child watch adventure time you are a bad parent. That said anyone who would dismiss a source of material, just because it has a social tag on it is a bigotted closed minded fool.

It would be one thing if you cited an example as to why "glob" is not a good substitute expletive, but you didn't again here is an example of a true lapse in intellect, a closed mind, one who only seeks to validate what you already know or believe. people like you take the seeming trivial and dismiss it because it does not fit your world view. "Smart people" take the trivial and test it to see if it is indeed trivial, before dismissing it.

In in this case found value in a way to show grief without crossing a deeply held religious view.
