I sure hope they did, Tres. We have so many of them coming and going these days over there. 60 hour work week there and the most don't stick around over two weeks, although many have walked after the first night. It's basically a revolving door. When I first started there it would take us better than 3 months for training and equipment certification. Now with most of the experienced people gone they're just bringing in anybody from temp agencies and giving them a week's training on equipment and turning them loose in the warehouse. We have had a significant rise in accidents there. With the amount of volume we have we've outgrown the facility, and it's a better than 750,000 square feet of warehouse. Every bit of that space is filled and we still have to rent empty semi trailers to store the overflow. We have far too few locations and way too many equipment operators. It's not safe to walk through that place.

Being there without a club is sacrilege.

If by mobile you mean cell phones, yeah, that's a big problem where I work too. We're not allowed to have them on the floor. A lot of lift drivers where I work will go down to far aisles where they think they're hidden from the view of managers and park and hang out on their phones. That's a big problem there because they block the replen and put away drivers from getting to their locations and they will not move. But, they're newbie temps and they don't care. They stay for a week or two and then they quit.

How are they gonna keep you down on the frozen eastern shores now that you've visited sunny San Diego?

Proving once again that you get what you pay for. Too bad the republican party doesn't place labor in higher regard.

The week i went it was 6 degrees here in NY. But it was also the first week it rained in SoCal since the beginning of winter haha.
I love warm weather. Too bad I'm setting up connections in DC, because I would love to live somewhere where snow doesn't exist.

Except the company I work for is notoriously known for leaning left, politically. The former CEO of our company was a Barack Obama Ally and the company also contributed to the Clinton Foundation in return for help in releasing product that was held up at a sea port.
Couldn't help myself, either.
