Watching some bobsledding. Catching up on news that apparently Carlos Cordeiro is the new president of U.S. Soccer.

Just finished installing Linux Mint (64) 18.3 on an old Lenovo laptop, nuking the M$ Win 7 install in the process. It's seriously fucking amazing how much faster this dusty old hulk boots now.  

Fresh attempt at learning the OS. I dearly want to leave M$ behind for good, though I know I'll be tied to it for games until Linux is viewed as a serious gaming platform.

Just finished replacing the guts in one toilet tank. My god but I do hate plumbing.

Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is Windows 10 only.... therefore all other OSes suck donkey balls.

Win 10 only is a perfect reason to never play it. Not that I have anything against the game, mind you. I killed tons of time with it back in the day. I just fucking hate 10 and Micro$oft's half-assed plan to introduce the freemium business model to their OS.
